Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual who can effectively handle multiple campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
Schedule : Mon to Fri - 9 AM EST
10 - 20 Hours / week
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest (Required).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- Create reports and communicate performance metrics effectively.
- Utilize Asana for ticket management (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Triplewhale for analytics and reporting (preferred but not required).
- Requirements
- Proven experience with Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads.
- Available to work in EST time zone
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Asana and Triplewhale is a plus but not mandatory.
