Project Overview I’m looking for an illustrator (not a pitch-deck designer) to create two original concept illustrations. These will be used inside PowerPoint and Canva, so the size ratio and composition should work well in a 16:9 presentation format. The style I want is sketch-based, artistic and expressive, with digital coloring. Nothing stiff, geometric or corporate. No templates. No stock elements. I want real illustration with life and movement. I appreciate quick communication and fast, hands-on iterations. All artwork produced will be fully owned by me after delivery. Scene Descriptions Scene 1 – “Before” (Fragmented ecosystem) A strait / body of water Many small, medium and large boats going in different directions Lines can be loose, sketchy, lively A sense of fragmentation or inefficiency Soft, modern digital coloring Should look artistic, not technical Scene 2 – “After” (Unified infrastructure) Same strait A bridge crossing over it A train and a few cars on the bridge Only a small number of boats below Calm, structured, clear composition Same style and colors as Scene 1 Artistic Style Requirements Hand-drawn or hand-drawn feel Organic linework (no rigid geometry) Sketch-based composition Digital coloring (Procreate, tablet, watercolor-like, etc.) Original artwork only — absolutely no templates, no Canva elements, no stock art This is concept illustration, not corporate icon design. Process You’re free to work in: Traditional pencil/ink sketches + digital coloring Procreate on iPad Digital sketching with natural linework Mixed media What matters is an expressive, custom result — not the specific tools. I value quick turnarounds and clear communication during the process. Deliverables 2 finished illustrations High-resolution PNG (for PowerPoint/Canva) SVG/AI or layered file if possible 16:9 aspect ratio Same color palette across both illustrations All rights transferred to me Budget $140 fixed price. A small increase is possible for an exceptional portfolio. Screening Questions (Required) Please send one example of a hand-drawn or sketch-based illustration you created from scratch. Which tools do you use (Procreate, Illustrator, tablet, traditional sketching, etc.)? Can you briefly describe how you would approach these two scenes?
