Multi-State Real Estate Portfolio β Washington, Mississippi, Florida Remote β Preference for Applicants Located in the Americas (for time-zone alignment) Our real estate and development group manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Washington, Mississippi, and Florida. We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Property Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations AND provide direct executive support on development, permitting, and administrative matters. This is a long-term, full-time virtual role. Due to the nature of our operations, preference will be given to applicants based in the Americas to ensure real-time communication and alignment with U.S. business hours. β’ * Core Responsibilities ** Property Management β’ Manage leasing workflows, including listing, tenant screening, onboarding, and move-ins/move-outs. β’ Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendor scheduling. β’ Track rent, delinquencies, and compliance with Washington, Mississippi, and Florida landlord-tenant rules. β’ Maintain accurate digital records, bookkeeping logs, reports, and inspection documentation. β’ Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and municipal contacts. Executive & Development Support β’ Assist the CEO with time-sensitive development tasks, regulatory filings, and municipal communications. β’ Prepare forms, packets, and submissions for planning, zoning, permitting, and compliance. β’ Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-up with government offices and external vendors. β’ Handle rapid-turnaround administrative tasks requiring precision, confidentiality, and judgment. Required Qualifications β’ Minimum 5 years professional property management experience. β’ Strong command of written and spoken English. β’ Proven ability to manage multi-site property portfolios. β’ High accuracy in digital recordkeeping, document preparation, and organizational systems. β’ Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time or overlapping hours. β’ Demonstrated integrity and reliabilityβmust be able to handle confidential information and high-value assets. β’ Ability to pass background checks, identity verification, and reference screening. Preferred Qualifications β’ Experience interfacing with U.S. municipal permitting or zoning offices. β’ Familiarity with landlord-tenant compliance in multiple states. β’ Prior coordination of contractors, vendors, and renovation workflows.
