The Communications Manager will lead internal and external communications efforts, manage social media strategy, and support PR initiatives to enhance A-LIGN's brand voice and engagement. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and implement social media strategy for LinkedIn to support marketing efforts, engage with clients/prospects, and increase brand awareness β€’ Create engaging social media content that promotes A-LIGN's key messages and initiatives and drives engagement β€’ Own A-LIGN's corporate message and ensure consistency and clear communication across all channels β€’ Collaborate with key stakeholders on company announcements, press releases, and media interviews β€’ Partner with the HR team to develop a strategy on employer brand, awards, and internal communication β€’ Manage the social media calendar and coordinate with design and content teams on copy and visuals β€’ Monitor social media analytics and optimize strategy based on insights β€’ Identify opportunities to expand into new social media channels (like Reddit) and develop strategies for testing β€’ Consult with internal thought leaders to provide best practices on creating social media content, develop individual social plans, and ghostwrite content as appropriate β€’ Identify and manage submissions, surveys, and celebrations for company awards β€’ Manage projects utilizing Asana to ensure that deadlines are met and new content is communicated to key stakeholders β€’ Understand the complexities of the compliance and cybersecurity industry and research our services to effectively communicate our messaging β€’ Maintain brand identity and messaging across all content formats and communication channels Skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, business other relevant field β€’ At least 4 years of experience in B2B communications, public relations, and/or internal communications β€’ Excellent written and verbal skills with a knack for explaining complex topics using simple terms β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€’ Detail-oriented, setting the highest bar for quality β€’ Strong communication with stakeholders across the company and experience working with executives β€’ The ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture β€’ Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively β€’ Management of a corporate LinkedIn channel preferred β€’ Public relations/media relations preferred β€’ Corporate messaging development preferred Benefits β€’ Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Benefits β€’ Employer Paid Life Insurance and Disability Insurance β€’ EAP - Employee Assistance Program β€’ Pet Insurance β€’ 401(k) Plan with Employer Matching β€’ Competitive Bonus Structure β€’ Home Office Reimbursement β€’ Certification Reimbursement β€’ Personalized Career Coaching β€’ Generous Paid Time Off β€’ Paid Office Closure December 25-January 1 β€’ Vacation Bonus β€’ Summer Hours Company Overview β€’ A-LIGN is a security and compliance solutions provider.
