They are seeking a Psychiatrist Advisory Board Member to provide input on clinical services, patient outcome tracking, and to help co-design care plans for individuals. Responsibilities • Advise on clinical services, patient outcome tracking, and translating behavioral health into meaningful and measurable goals • Design metrics and identify physical, behavioral, and self-reported ways of tracking and representing progress on behavioral health conditions • Collaborate on a team-based care model for managing and improving mental health • Engage and share ways to co-design care plans with patients based on their individual needs • Provide expertise on behavioral health assessments, matching care needs to care team members and resources, and intake forms to ensure easy access to high-quality care • Suggest improvements or changes to our healthcare services delivery model and expansion plans • Collaborate via Zoom meetings and online discussion forum with other advisory board members Skills • Must be a licensed and board-certified psychologist or psychiatrist • Telemedicine experience preferred, but not required • Experience working with innovation teams and non-clinical leaders strongly preferred • Strong interest in digital health is preferred.
