We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Team Support Administrator to assist with administrative tasks, presentation updates, communication follow-ups, and light social media support. This is a long-term, part-time role (flexible hours) with flexible scheduling as long as deadlines are met. Administrative & Data Management β’ Consolidate multiple contact lists into one organized spreadsheet β’ Update and maintain mailing lists (add/remove contacts based on returned items) β’ Prepare, send, and track investor or stakeholder mailers (content provided) β’ Maintain accurate administrative records and digital file organization β’ Support general recurring administrative tasks as needed 2. Presentation & Document Support β’ Update weekly PowerPoint presentations β’ Modify or replace slides while maintaining exact formatting, layout, and branding β’ Ensure all files are fully compatible with Mac (Apple) systems β’ Work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) β’ Prepare basic reports, summaries, or formatted documents 3. Communication & Follow-Up Support β’ Provide timely progress updates β’ Track responses from mailers or outreach lists β’ Follow up on pending items or data corrections β’ Ensure smooth coordination and meet project deadlines 4. Social Media Support β’ Post content once a week to three established platforms β’ Format content provided and create simple visuals when needed β’ Follow existing templates or brand guidelines for consistency β Requirements β’ Must use an Apple/Mac computer β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel β’ Experience with Google Drive / Dropbox for file management β’ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) β’ Friendly, professional, and empathetic communicator β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker β’ Self-starter: proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently β’ Coachable and open to feedback β’ Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability β’ Understanding of the healthcare or medical device field is a plus Schedule β’ flexible hours per week β’ No fixed hour requirement; deadlines vary β’ Preferably aligned with PST or a nearby time zone Rate β’ $6β$7 per hour, depending on experience and skill level How to Apply Please submit a brief proposal describing your relevant experience.
