We are a 20-year-old B2B technology manufacturer in the security industry, serving professional installers, integrators, and contractors nationwide. We are in the process of revamping our digital experience and are looking for a HubSpot specialist who can help us revamp our homepage with a personalization-first functionality using HubSpot CMS, custom modules, and smart content. This project is not a simple visual refresh, we need someone who understands how to architect a modular, scalable HubSpot experience tailored to different dealer segments based on CRM properties. We’re seeking a HubSpot expert with both design sensibility and technical depth across HubSpot CMS (HubL, themes, modules, HubDB, personalization tokens, smart content rules). You will redesign our homepage for a modern, B2B audience while building a robust system that allows us to deliver dynamic messaging to different dealer types (e.g., installers, AV integrators, small business owners, etc.). Website Design • Redesign the homepage with a modern, conversion-focused B2B layout • Ensure visual consistency with our existing brand and product ecosystem • Build clean, modular page sections that the marketing team can easily repurpose HubSpot CMS Development • Build custom HubSpot modules that support dynamic messaging, CTAs, and content • Structure the homepage using HubSpot themes, HubL, HubDB, and best practices • Create a framework where content can change based on CRM properties or list membership • Implement personalization / smart content for different dealer segments • Ensure the site remains fast, responsive, and easy for non-developers to update Personalization / Smart Content Enablement • Configure logic for dealer type, lifecycle stage, persona, and other HubSpot properties • Set up conditional blocks, dynamic copy, and property-driven CTAs • Document how these personalization rules work so the team can expand them over time Apply tot his job
