Job Title: CRM Integration Architect -III (Remote) Location: Madison, WI Duration: 12 Months Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive process automation, IT service management (ITSM), and enterprise-wide workflows leveraging out of box functionality. The Lead Developer will serve as a technical leader, overseeing development best practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/Asset, or others as applicable). β€’ Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices. β€’ Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. β€’ Provide technical leadership to a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to governance standards. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and recommend ServiceNow capabilities that align with business needs. β€’ Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and integration tools. β€’ Ensure platform stability, performance, and security by following ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices. β€’ Manage code promotion across environments using update sets, application repositories, or DevOps pipelines. β€’ Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and training. β€’ Help develop, implement and maintain testing procedures for developers. β€’ Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations. β€’ Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead on ServiceNow projects. β€’ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc. β€’ Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, Service Graph and CSDM. β€’ Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS. β€’ Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications. β€’ Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, security models, and performance optimization techniques. β€’ ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred: β€’ Certified System Administrator (CSA) β€’ Certified Application Developer (CAD) β€’ ITSM, ITOM, or other product-specific certifications β€’ Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: β€’ Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. β€’ Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and automated testing in ServiceNow (ATF, Jenkins, Git). β€’ Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks. β€’ Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide technical guidance.
