The Director of Provider Relations will lead a team focused on expanding the practice through strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, utilizing relationship management and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth. Responsibilities β€’ Drive growth by meeting and exceeding referral targets β€’ Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of Physician Liaisons to achieve and exceed targets β€’ Conduct 'ride-alongs' with Physician Liaisons (both virtual and in-person) β€’ Lead new Physician Liaison hiring, onboarding, and training β€’ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on activity, accountability and achievement β€’ Directly assist in all phases of the business development process including prospecting, value proposition, follow-up and closing β€’ Work cross-functionally, specifically with our Director of Patient Onboarding and Site Practice Managers, to understand and trouble shoot barriers to patient conversion β€’ Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare marketing and sales regulations and ethical guidelines β€’ Set KPIs and strategic goals that align with overall business objectives β€’ Identify hiring plans/targets for expanding Physician Liaison headcount β€’ Develop and implement performance management processes β€’ Iterate on Referral Playbook, associated training materials, and both provider- and patient-facing print collateral to clearly communicate the Spring Difference β€’ Develop data-driven prospecting strategies β€’ Surface market trends and insights from Physician Liaisons to inform strategic decisions β€’ Present referral reports and forecasts to executive and physician leadership to show progress towards strategic objectives and to inform process improvements β€’ Create reports to regularly analyze individual Physician Liaison and regional performance, to identify strengths and areas for development across individual Physician Liaisons and the broader team β€’ Create formal territory plans, quotas, and performance-based compensations plans Skills β€’ 10+ years of experience in field-based roles in healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals and/or medical device β€’ 3+ years leading sales or customer success management teams β€’ Bachelor's Degree preferred Benefits β€’ Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans β€’ Paid Time Off to enjoy β€œyou” time! β€’ Commuter Benefits, Discounted rates on home, auto and pet insurance β€’ 401k Match with up to 4% matching β€’ Fertility and Parental Leave Benefits Program β€’ Career development with a fast-growing organization β€’ Paid Life and Disability Insurance Company Overview β€’ Spring Fertility is a medical facility that offers patient-centric, individualized, flexible, and compassionate care.
