Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ideaHelix is seeking a Salesforce Data Migration Specialist responsible for planning, extracting, transforming, and loading data into Salesforce. The role involves performing end-to-end data migration from legacy systems and ensuring data quality and accuracy. Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce • Extract, transform, and upload data using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Workbench, and ETL tools • Validate data quality, perform deduplication, and ensure data accuracy • Map fields between source systems and Salesforce objects • Troubleshoot data issues and work closely with functional and technical teams Skills • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce data migration • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, data model, and security • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and ETL tools • Good analytical and communication skills • Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and APIs • Experience in multi-org or large data migration projects • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud Company Overview • IdeaHelix specializes in product development, design, testing and strategic consulting services.
