About the position Our client, a global financial services transformation consultancy , is seeking a Management Consultant to support wealth management onboarding and data migration projects . You’ll work with leading firms to implement portfolio & performance reporting platforms, improve data quality, and streamline operational workflows. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end client onboarding & data migration into reporting platforms • Map, cleanse & reconcile custodial and legacy data • Configure benchmarks, performance calculations & reporting structures • Build data ingestion pipelines and workflows • Collaborate with engineering, product teams & wealth operations • Train client users and develop onboarding best practices Requirements • 5–7 years in fintech consulting, data migration, or wealth ops • Experience with Addepar or tools like Black Diamond, Orion, Tamarac, Clearwater • Strong knowledge of custodial data feeds (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.) • Understanding of TWR, IRR, benchmarking , and performance reporting • SQL / ETL experience and strong client-facing skills • Agile knowledge Nice-to-haves • Scrum cert a plus Benefits • Global consulting environment with strong FS expertise • Robust training, mobility opportunities & inclusive culture • Competitive compensation, hybrid work & full benefits from day 1 Apply tot his job
