Compensation: $85-95k Position Summary: Core-Mark is seeking a bright and energetic Marketing Tradeshow and Events Manager responsible for assisting with the development and delivery/execution of Regional Tradeshows, large scale customer events, and support of industry tradeshows, as well as other events related projects while ensuring the consistency of the Core-Mark brand and message through all aspects of tradeshows and events. Responsibilities: β€’ Oversee all event logistics for regional corporate tradeshows and large scale corporate events while overseeing support for industry tradeshows β€’ Create and maintain a project plan, budget, and timeline for each event, ensuring deadlines are met β€’ Assist in the development of strategies, goals, budgets, benchmarking and surveying for all industry and regional corporate tradeshows β€’ Reviewing results of initiatives and recommending innovation and improvements to evolve the tradeshow experience β€’ Work across the enterprise with diverse corporate sales and management to ensure goals, budget and strategies are met β€’ Assist and execute all event deliverables and plans (including hotel and tradeshow registration, creation/ management of all event invitations, securing tradeshow requirements, catering, A/V, promotional items, etc.) β€’ Assist in coordinating all facets of Core-Mark's participation in the NACS trade show, including booth reservation, payment, participant registration, hotel registration, managing show services, logistical coordination with exhibit partner on booth properties and onsite support β€’ Assist and manage all show related vendor relationships β€’ Monitor, track and assist with marketing team tasks as needed β€’ Travel to all necessary events/shows/site visits Requirements: β€’ Prioritize and manage multiple projects β€’ Maintain confidentiality β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills β€’ Strong verbal and written communication β€’ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills β€’ Meticulous attention to detail β€’ Work autonomously, while thriving in a team environment β€’ 5 years' experience preferred β€’ Strong computer skills in Excel and Microsoft office suite β€’ Travel 50-75% β€’ Ability and willingness to work extended workdays and possible weekends β€’ CMP certification preferred β€’ Bachelor's degree Req Number 85624BR Shift 1st Shift Full Time / Part Time Full Time Division Core-Mark Job Category Marketing Company Description Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is part of a Fortune 150 company that continues to grow as an industry leader in fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry.
