The role focuses on increasing sales by servicing existing dealers and finding new accounts, while also maintaining a thorough knowledge of industry products and services. Responsibilities β€’ Service existing accounts thoroughly, technically, and administratively β€’ Find and explore opportunities to grow sales at existing dealers while also identifying and onboarding new accounts β€’ Expand sales to existing accounts through new and existing products and services β€’ Monitor goals/quotas. Take appropriate action and focus on meeting or exceeding goals as required β€’ Assist VP Sales and Sales Manager in developing new methods and approaches to finding and attracting new business β€’ Prioritize and concentrate efforts on most attractive accounts β€’ Assist management in direction of increased customer service, revenue and gross profit support β€’ Assist VP Sales and Sales Manager in direction of new product, marketing, pricing, policy, and procedure developments β€’ Communicate ideas, challenges, problems as they arise β€’ Contribute to a healthy, happy, productive company environment β€’ Learn the product line thoroughly and continue to keep current on new products as they are introduced β€’ Reports to Vice President Sales Skills β€’ 2+ years' of successful sales experience β€’ Pleasant and professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills β€’ Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) standard business productivity tools (Google Workspace, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Apple iWork) β€’ Ability to convey ideas clearly in written form and to proofread documents β€’ Demonstrated ability and willingness to meet company and personal goals, use effective selling techniques, motivate others, and utilize excellent time management and organizational skills β€’ 4-year degree preferred β€’ Familiarity with consumer electronics space a plus Benefits β€’ Company credit card β€’ Salary plus bonuses β€’ Benefits β€’ Definite room for growth Company Overview β€’ System One is a professional staffing firms.
