Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Liberty Company is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage focused on culture and collaboration. They are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist responsible for supporting agency management system quality assurance, data integrity, and data conversions, while also managing tasks and communicating with team members to resolve issues. Responsibilities β’ Work with multiple Agency Management Systems including AMS360, ImageRight and Epic. β’ Assist with Employee and Department Audits upon request. β’ Produce data quality reports for management team upon request. β’ Obtain thorough understanding of Liberty Reporting methods and manage Internal Agency reporting dashboards. β’ Investigate reports of errors or issues with the data and provide a resolution plan. β’ Coordinate and execute data audits, assessments, and remediation plans to identify and resolve data issues and gaps. β’ Collaborate with data owners, users, and consumers to understand their data needs and expectations. β’ Ownership of Employee Commission Data and operational workflows. β’ Review and become familiar with current Corporate operational workflows. β’ Participate with management and other employees on special projects and other duties as required. β’ Thorough and proactive project tracking β risk, issue, escalation, and milestone management. β’ Assist Conversion Data Mapping and Validation with Excel reports. β’ Support post-conversion clean-up projects through to completion. Skills β’ 3-5 years in customer service or underwriting role at insurance agency. β’ Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360 or similar systems. β’ Experience defining and documenting procedures and workflows. β’ Accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely required, as well as a track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits. β’ Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint. β’ Ability to learn new software and programs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement in technical skills. β’ Ability to work independently with little supervision. β’ Ability to organize and prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects at once. β’ Ability to interpret data and relate to insurance terms. β’ Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures. β’ Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute the plan of action. β’ Demonstrated ability in cultivating positive relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors.
