Position: HR Change Management & Training Lead Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Contract) We are seeking an experienced HR Change Management & Training Lead to support a global HR transformation initiative focused on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role is responsible for driving change adoption through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end training delivery. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications β’ Lead global change management, communication, and training strategies to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation β’ Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment across global and regional HR teams β’ Conduct change impact assessments and translate system changes into clear business impacts and readiness actions β’ Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, including curriculum development and train-the-trainer models β’ Facilitate end-user training sessions and support regional facilitators β’ Manage training logistics, compliance, attendance tracking, and reporting β’ Partner closely with HR PMO, implementation vendors, and communications teams to ensure program alignment β’ Support change networks and prepare materials, agendas, and collaboration forums β’ Identify change risks, adoption gaps, and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle β’ 5β7+ years of experience in change management and training for large-scale enterprise or HR system implementations β’ Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technologies, and global operating models β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred; ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Contract Role | Immediate Opportunity | Global Exposure Apply tot his job
