HubSpot Consultant Needed – Complex Company Modeling, Referral Attribution, BD Activity Tracking, and Workflow Automation We’re looking for a senior-level HubSpot architect/consultant to help us design and implement a CRM structure that supports multi-level organizational hierarchies, referral relationships, BD activity tracking, and efficient workflows. Our Business Development (BD) team builds and manages referral partnerships rather than working traditional sales deals. We manage organizations → sites → units → individual referrers, and our internal operations team handles referrals separately from BD. We have a broad CRM vision, but this project focuses on five high-priority problem areas. Please only apply if you have deep HubSpot architecture and RevOps experience.
