Job Description • Perform daily DM outreach to warm + cold leads • Engage with followers to build rapport, initiate conversations, and qualify leads • Reply to coaching inquiries, redirecting qualified leads to book call • Engage with followers via story replies, polls, comments, and IG engagement tasks • Identify potential prospects through hashtags, comments, explore page, and brand-aligned accounts • Track all outreach, conversations, and conversions inside the lead tracker (updated daily) • Maintain the lead pipeline spreadsheet including: New leads, Warm leads, Active conversations, Application submissions, Call bookings, Conversions • Update weekly KPIs, including: Lead volume, Number of conversations started, Number of qualified leads, Applications received, Calls booked, Sales closed, Revenue generated, Client retention + churn • Provide a weekly metrics report summarizing trends, what's working, and areas to optimize • Assist with client onboarding: sending welcome emails, guides, resources, and setting up portals • Help organize files, links, brand assets, and project workflows • Help manage and organize Slack channels (ex: monthly themes, #decBIG3, wins, updates) Skill Set • Strong expereince with DM outreach, social media engagement, and lead generation strategies • Comfortable working independently with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to follow brand voice • Strong data-tracking skills with the ability to update metrics, analyze trends, and present weekly reports • Ability to follow SOPs and execute tasks with precision, reliability, and attention to detail • High level of professionalism and emotional maturity • Availability for consistent weekly hours with responsiveness during agreed-upon time blocks • Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback as systems evolve and the business expands • Proficiency with platforms such as: Google Sheets / Excel (for KPIs, metrics, and lead tracking) Slack (client communication + channel organization) Trainerize or similar fitness platforms Canva (formatting coaching assets, carousels, PDFs) Google Drive (files, workflows, resource management) Apply tot his job
