They are seeking a Personal Brand Associate to craft stories, shape voices, and grow alongside the brand, with responsibilities including content creation and collaboration with the founder. Responsibilities • Draft LinkedIn posts and edit short-form video content • Create content around entrepreneurship, founder journey, cold outreach, and lead gen • Use Notion, Claude, and Descript (premium AI tools most people pay hundreds for) • Collaborate directly with me to develop the brand voice Skills • Have experience creating social media content (personal or professional) • Can write clearly and edit short-form video (or eager to learn Descript) • Are hungry to learn the founder/entrepreneurship space • Take ownership and follow through without constant check-ins • Want to build something—not just complete tasks Company Overview • Cold outbound done right feels like inbound.
