Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and deliver SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. • Lead cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. • Ensure quality assurance, change management, and documentation standards are followed. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management. • Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to senior management. • Ensure SAP solutions are implemented according to business requirements, best practices, and compliance standards. • Support post-implementation activities, including stabilization, user training, and knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience (5 10 years) managing SAP projects, preferably across multiple SAP modules (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, BW/BI, etc.). • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP, or equivalent). • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with cloud-based SAP projects (SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud). • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and business process integration across SAP modules. • Change management and training experience in SAP environments.
