The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience in the Data Center Operations domain. Responsibilities β€’ Partner with hiring managers across key organizational functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close β€’ Partner in developing a scaled hiring and sourcing plan for Data Center Operations and Construction teams β€’ Optimize the utilization of technology and systems to increase interview efficiency β€’ Provide best-in-class candidate experience and communication β€’ Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates β€’ Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical candidates β€’ Build strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs β€’ Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance β€’ Drive quality candidate engagement and recruiting strategies that balance time to fill and experience β€’ Actively contribute to reporting and metrics associated with the candidate lifecycle β€’ Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements β€’ Stay current on industry trends, new sourcing tools, conferences, and hiring legislation β€’ Contribute to cross-functional projects that impact hiring and candidate attraction β€’ Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring enhancements, talent attraction strategies and programs Skills β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Data Center Industry; specifically hiring for Operations, Construction and Technical positions β€’ Strong sourcing skills, leveraging niche technical communities to connect with top talent β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β€’ Data-driven, comfortable using recruiting metrics to assess success and refine your strategies β€’ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail β€’ Project and Program Management β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred β€’ Proficiency in ATS Systems (Dayforce preferred) Benefits β€’ A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation. β€’ A flexible, autonomous work environment. β€’ A culture of respect, learning, and excellence. β€’ Experienced, highly talented experts as team peers. β€’ Growth and travel opportunities. β€’ A team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet.
