We are a 63-bed assisted living and memory care facility currently under construction with plans to open late January or early February. The current marketing trial involves three campaigns where I need assistance: 1.NOW (Test project): A holiday message via Constant Connect to a general audience of households with over $75K/yr. income and with a head of household between 40-69 years old. The purpose is to alert these adult children of a new option in assisted living for their parents opening soon. Copy has been generated but need assistance in setting up the Constant Connect account and execution. 2. JAN/FEBRUARY: An email Countdown Campaign of 4-5 weeks to be launched for our pre-opening, supported by a Google Ad campaign of 4 ads to be rotated weekly. Copy has been generated. 3. MARCH: An email campaign based on a subset of targets inviting them to βTake your Parent to Lunchβ when they book a tour. The targets are households with seniors and those that have clicked onto our website based on the previous campaigns. Key Responsibilities β’ Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance analysis. β’ Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, including list segmentation, content creation, automation setups, and analytics tracking. β’ Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and ad creatives using Canva to support ads and emails. β’ Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI. β’ Collaborate with me on strategy, content ideas, and adjustments based on real-time data.
