A-List Therapy Group - Job Type: Full-Time | (U.S. Hours) | Long-Term About Us: A List Virtual Solutions provides virtual administrative and clinical support services to home health and healthcare companies in the United States. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a nursing background to join our team as a QA Specialist, assisting in quality assurance, documentation review, and compliance monitoring for clinical records. Key Responsibilities: β’ Review and audit clinical documents including OASIS, 485 Plan of Care, and visit notes for accuracy and compliance β’ Coordinate with the clinical advisor regarding changes or updates to documentation β’ Provide clinicians with feedback and education related to documentation improvement and regulatory standards β’ Quality check therapy and social worker notes to ensure they align with the Plan of Care β’ Post visits into the EMR system for billing once QA is complete β’ Monitor timeliness of clinical submissions to meet Medicare and agency standards β’ Maintain logs, reports, and QA data for internal tracking and audits β’ Detect deficiencies or problems in patient charts and flag them appropriately β’ Prepare monthly QA and Performance Improvement reports including adverse event reviews, staff education records, and documentation audits β’ Participate in quality improvement meetings and collaborate with the CEO, Case Managers, and clinical teams Requirements: β’ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN or LVN preferred) β’ Prior experience with QA in a home health, clinical, or virtual healthcare setting β’ Familiarity with EMR systems, OASIS documentation, and Medicare compliance β’ Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills β’ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written β’ Must have a stable internet connection and professional home office setup β’ Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone) β’ Must have computer, noise cancelling headset.
