- Position OverviewThe Home Health RN Document Integrity Specialist is responsible for all quality assurance related external audits in adherence with regulatory standards.
- *Work from home, remote positon, but you must live in one of the states where Aveanna currently operates.
- Essential Job Functions
- Perform internal audits
- Address nonconformities from previous internal and external audits
- Conduct a management review of the quality system
- Follow up on and close pending preventative and corrective action requests
- Ensure that organizational systems and training are in place
- Prepare for audits
- Verify that documentation and design controls are appropriate for Aveanna
- Administer document control and configuration management systems
- Oversee established calibration and test programs
- Assist the management team and provide support as necessary
- Maintain a design history file
- Requirements
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License
- Extensive home care or hospice experience Preferences
- A minimum of three years home health QA or clinical management experience
