About the Role We are a growing CPA firm seeking an Accounting Supervisor who thrives on accuracy, leadership, and building strong teams, not chaos or constant fire drills. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes, and delivering high-quality work in a fully remote environment. You will oversee a portfolio of clients and a team of accounting professionals, ensuring financials are accurate, deadlines are met, and clients receive proactive, professional service.
