Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. #twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Home Services Advisor to serve as a trusted point of contact for local homeowners in the home improvement services industry near Albany, NY. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, and guiding projects to completion while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities β’ Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with residential customers β’ Travel locally to evaluate project needs and prepare estimates β’ Educate homeowners on product options and services tailored to their needs β’ Manage follow-up communication to move projects from estimate to agreement β’ Meet or exceed individual performance and revenue goals β’ Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate β’ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the life of each project β’ Participate in regular meetings with management and service team β’ Manage your schedule to ensure timely appointments and responsiveness to customer requests β’ Stay current on products, services, and industry offerings Skills β’ Experience in a customer-facing role required β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools required β’ Valid driver's license required β’ Ability to travel regularly within the Capital Region (using company vehicle/gas) required β’ High school or equivalent (Required) β’ Customer-facing work : 1 year (Required) β’ Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools : 1 year (Required) β’ Do you have any experience or knowledge related to professional home services or residential construction?
