Role Description This position is for a Word Processor to support our Document Production Services team in a remote capacity. β’ Produce client financial statements, proposals, and special projects using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro. β’ Format financial statements, proposals, and special projects accurately and efficiently using proficient knowledge of proper business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. β’ Communicate with supervisor and client on deadlines and/or challenges with meeting deadlines. β’ Maintain formatting consistency and writing standards for processing financial statements. β’ Create direct mail merge files for personalized letters, labels, envelopes, and new word processing forms/templates based on departmental needs or requests for new forms requested by clients. β’ Investigate user problems and needs, identify sources, and determine possible solutions for software challenges concerning the production of assigned projects. β’ Ensure quality control of assigned work. β’ Special projects assigned by DPS leadership team. Qualifications β’ High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorβs degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted. β’ Prefer at least one year experience in a document production environment. β’ Flexibility to work additional/overtime hours (evening and weekend) as required by workload, with or without advanced notice. β’ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. β’ Prior experience with financial statements is a plus. β’ Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a variety of complex policies and procedures with minimal guidance. β’ Excellent communication skills and writing abilities: knowledge of correct English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. β’ Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines. β’ Exceptional customer service skills. Requirements β’ This is a temporary (seasonal) position, which will start on December 8, 2025, and end on May 1, 2026. β’ Working hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime (weekday evenings and Saturdays).
