They are seeking a QA & Test Automation β AI Trainer to design AI training workflows, create datasets, and assess AI-generated test cases for software quality assurance. Responsibilities β’ Design and evaluate AI training workflows related to software quality assurance and test automation β’ Create high-quality prompts, scenarios, and datasets for training AI systems on QA and automation use cases β’ Review and assess AI-generated test cases, automation logic, and QA reasoning for accuracy and completeness β’ Translate real-world QA methodologies and automation practices into structured AI training and evaluation tasks β’ Develop, review, and refine written documentation, guidelines, and instructional materials for AI training β’ Assess the effectiveness of AI training outputs and provide precise feedback to improve model performance β’ Collaborate with AI research and quality teams to align training materials with evolving QA standards and tools β’ Communicate QA concepts and automation strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Skills β’ Strong experience in software quality assurance and test automation β’ Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent β’ Solid understanding of data-driven testing and its application in AI training and evaluation workflows β’ Proven ability to create structured prompts, training exercises, and evaluation rubrics for AI systems β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and precision β’ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed environment Company Overview β’ At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
