Job Description
As a successful Administrator, you will ideally, already be working within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of good administrative practices. The successful post holder will be responsible for logging complaints, working emails, processing payments and producing DSARs when requested. Requirements β’ Previous administrative experience, ideally within a financial services business β’ Experience of working with Google Workspace (G Drive, G Mail, G meet, G Docs, etc.) β’ Data entry experience β’ Experience in payment reconciliation β’ Excellent attention to detail, passionate about getting it right the first time. β’ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. β’ Computer literate. β’ Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to deadlines β’ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. β’ A strong mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. β’ Able to work collaboratively and independently.
