The Account Executive role involves developing a deep understanding of customer needs and building long-term relationships, while working closely with various teams to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities β’ Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory (core of Atl and surrounding areas) β’ Manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to onboard (and beyond), ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all activities and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) system β’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing customers β’ Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their business objectives using our product solutions β’ Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team for onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success β’ Hold regular monthly customer business reviews using data and deep expertise to improve customer experience Skills β’ Proven track record of driving large scale growth with 3PLs, freight forwarders, NVOCC, Ocean Liners, Airlines, GHAs, and logistics providers β’ Deep regional knowledge of local airports, seaports, local leaders and influencers β’ Experience in logistics and/or supply chain technology, TMS, SaaS, and/or FinTech β’ Intense obsession with customer experience and proven ability to drive value based growth while also helping shape internal roadmap through deep customer insights β’ Strong use of CRM (ideally Salesforce) and data analytics tools to make data driven decisions for customers and the organization Benefits β’ Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family β’ Future-Ready: 401(k) with company match β’ Work Life Balance: Generous flexible PTO program and paid holidays β’ Grow With Us: Professional development opportunities Company Overview β’ CargoSprint focused in enhancing human experience in the cargo industry, through digital solutions.
