Real Estate Attorney Up to $200k + Bonus National & Regional Multi Award Winning Mid-Size Firm NJ - Remote Option I am currently working with a firm based out of New Jersey who are actively seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their team as they look to increase headcount. The Role β’ Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures β’ Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives. β’ Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions. β’ Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current on New Jersey and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal.
