The Senior Media Buyer will lead and manage a portfolio of e-commerce-focused clients, crafting and executing growth strategies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives. Responsibilities β’ Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends β’ Collaborate with media analysts to monitor campaign performance, optimize media spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI) β’ Stay abreast of emerging media channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for client growth β’ Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates β’ Work with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, checkout processes, and post-purchase experiences β’ Utilize analytics tools to track funnel performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement β’ Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional offers, pricing strategies, and messaging β’ Interpret test results to inform future campaign strategies and client recommendations β’ Ensure that offer testing aligns with overall marketing objectives and client expectations β’ Together with Creative Strategists lead the development of compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions β’ Incorporate feedback and performance data to refine creative approaches and maximize impact β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and performance β’ Conduct regular strategic planning sessions with clients, providing actionable insights and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives β’ Address client challenges with resilience and adaptability, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Skills β’ 6β10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on paid digital advertising and e-commerce β’ Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy β’ Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset β’ Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of driving measurable business growth β’ Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities β’ Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders Company Overview β’ BM Digital is a marketing agency that helps new and old businesses gain visibility, leads, and sales.
