The role involves developing a solution for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) while working collaboratively in an agile environment. Responsibilities β’ Conduct systems design, analysis, and development of the solution Skills β’ Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability β’ 3+ years developing backend enterprise-level Python applications β’ 5+ years building performant, reliable, and scalable systems β’ 2+ years implementing or working with ETL/ELT and APIs β’ 3+ years working with persistent data storage (Relational and NoSQL databases) β’ 2+ years development experience leveraging containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) β’ 5+ years git experience (GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, etc.) β’ Demonstrated experience writing unit tests to ensure reliable code delivery β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail β’ Excellent written and oral communication β’ Experience creating Kibana visualizations and writing Kibana queries β’ Experience working with cybersecurity concepts, tools, technologies, and missions β’ 3+ years of experience working in CICD β’ 3+ years working on an agile team β’ 3+ years of experience working in AWS β’ Experience with infrastructure as code solutions β’ Experience with message queue services like (RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.) β’ Experience with distributed event platforms like Kafka β’ AWS Certification Company Overview β’ ECS is a fast-growing 4,000-person, $1.2B provider of advanced technology solutions for federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and commercial customers.
