In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded
- Oversee project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and partners clearly understand client requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day‑to‑day support, guidance, and proactive communication
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service value or extend contracts
- Collaborate with account managers to highlight growth opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Establish and maintain consistent processes to review service performance, generate reports, and capture client feedback
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks vital to ensuring seamless service operations
Skills
- Experience in client service and/or account management with proven ability to manage client expectations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to assess situations and provide effective solutions independently
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility
- Results‑driven mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality
