The role involves reviewing and editing tasks created by contributors, evaluating task quality, and providing structured feedback to improve usability. Responsibilities • Review and edit tasks created by contributors from a wide range of professional backgrounds • Evaluate task quality for clarity, logical structure, completeness, and adherence to guidelines • Apply consulting-style analytical judgment to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve task quality and usability • Work independently as a reviewer within defined workflows and timelines Skills • Strong experience working full-time as a management consultant • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate complex written material with precision and consistency • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Comfort serving in a reviewer role rather than task creation • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported) • Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
