They are seeking a seasoned paid-media professional to plan, launch, and optimize client campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads while collaborating with creative teams. Responsibilities β’ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads β’ Set and manage media budgets, pacing, and ROAS/CPA targets across channels β’ Build smart targeting and retargeting funnels; continuously refine audience segments and exclusions β’ Analyze performance data daily; deliver weekly dashboards and insight-driven recommendations β’ Partner with creative to brief new ad concepts, advise on hooks, and lead iterative testing β’ Stay current on platform policy changes, beta features, and competitive trends to keep accounts ahead of the curve Skills β’ 5+ years of hands-on buying experience across Meta and at least one of TikTok or Google Ads, managing $250k+ monthly budgets β’ Proven track record hitting aggressive e-commerce KPIs (ROAS, MER, CPA) through structured testing and smart attribution β’ Fluent in Ads Manager reporting, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, and Sheets for deeper analysis β’ Strong communicator who can translate data into plain-English insights and concise action plans β’ Comfortable working independently with fractional availability, yet proactive in syncing with creative, brand, and leadership stakeholders β’ CPG experience is a plus β’ Bonus: Experience with UGC-driven creatives, TikTok Spark Ads, GA4, or lightweight CRO testing Company Overview β’ Hi there!
