They are seeking a QA Software Engineer to enhance the quality, reliability, and performance of their software by developing and maintaining test automation and collaborating on feature design. Responsibilities • Build and maintain API and E2E test automation using tools like Playwright or Cypress • Develop infrastructure for performance, security, and accessibility testing • Manually test features and coordinate bug bashes to cover automation gaps • Collaborate on feature design, propose acceptance criteria, and validate new functionality • Investigate customer-reported issues and contribute to long-term product stability • Analyze telemetry and APM metrics to improve user experience and system performance Skills • 2+ years E2E & API Test Automation • Playwright • Coding in Python • Hands-on coding in Python (not just scripting!) • Experience building QA infrastructure: test environments, performance/security tooling, telemetry/reporting • Passion for breaking things and testing complex web applications • Willingness to perform manual testing when needed • Javascript • C# • WebGL • Experience testing complex web applications • Experience with performance, security, or accessibility testing • Experience developing QA-related telemetry and reporting tools Benefits • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance • 20 paid vacation days, 5 sick days, and 11 company holidays each year • 401(k) plan with match • Profit-sharing program • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions • Monthly internet and mobile phone reimbursement • Weekly DoorDash stipend and DashPass membership • Travel discounts • Wellness program focused on physical and mental health Company Overview • CyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
