The VP HR and TA will lead the HR team while serving as a strategic partner, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development to foster a high-performance culture across global operations. Responsibilities β€’ Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives β€’ Oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations across multiple countries β€’ Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies β€’ Leads organizational change to scale operations and evolve capabilities to respond to high-growth tech environment β€’ Lead global recruiting efforts to attract top talent for technical, commercial, and leadership roles β€’ Develop and implement successful global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and market trends β€’ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives β€’ Ensure a seamless candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness β€’ Support change management initiatives and cultural integration across regions β€’ Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership and team development β€’ Manage and mentor a team of 15 HR professionals, fostering collaboration and growth β€’ Build capability within the HR function to deliver both operational excellence and strategic impact β€’ Foster a culture that reflects Acumatica’s core values and supports high performance β€’ Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise to execute global corporate people initiatives ensuring global consistency across Acumatica β€’ Champion of the Employee Experience including diversity, employee engagement, inclusion and leadership development opportunities collaborating with our Talent Development leader β€’ Ensure compliance with country specific employment laws and mitigate organizational risk Skills β€’ 10+ years of People/HR management experience, including managing managers and distributed/global teams β€’ Bachelors Degree, Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred β€’ Experience aligning teams with global processes and corporate priorities β€’ Demonstrated success leading highly successful diverse global team β€’ Demonstrates success leading organizational change, M&A integration and scaling people operations β€’ Experience shaping and promoting a compelling employer brand to attract top-tier tech talent β€’ Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders β€’ Strong business acumen and understanding of impact of people costs on business success β€’ Ability to inspire and align team with company culture and values β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and influence both internal and external stakeholders β€’ Strong understanding and experience with tech stack, people analytics, and organizational development β€’ 3+ years of experience leading HR in a high-growth tech or SaaS company β€’ Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred Benefits β€’ Healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents) β€’ Employer paid Short-Term/Long-Term Disability and Basic life coverage β€’ 401(k) plan with company match β€’ Flexible time off β€’ Sick and safe leave Company Overview β€’ Acumatica is a leading innovator in cloud ERP with customers located around the world.
