Job Description
Iβm a founder running a small creative e-commerce brand that recently completed a full rebrand and rolled out newly aligned products. The store is live, functional, and intentionally simple (Shopify-based), and Iβm now looking to build a sustainable marketing foundation that drives qualified, buyer-intent traffic and improves conversions over time. I am not looking for someone to take over execution, manage social media, run ads, or access the backend of my business. I learn best by doing, so this role is specifically advisory and educational in nature. What Iβm looking for: A marketing consultant/mentor who can teach and explain systems, not just tactics Guidance on traffic strategy, conversion fundamentals, and customer journey thinking Clear explanations of why things work and how to implement them independently A short-term engagement (approximately 1β3 months) designed to end successfully with me confident to continue on my own What this role is not: No backend access No execution on my behalf No social media posting or content creation No agency-style takeover or retainers Compensation: Iβm open to discussing performance-aligned or commission-based advisory arrangements with the right person, rather than a traditional hourly execution model. If you enjoy teaching founders, explaining strategy clearly, and helping build systems that donβt create dependency, Iβd love to hear how you approach this kind of work. Please include a brief example of how youβve helped a founder learn a marketing system rather than executing it for them. Apply tot his job
