They are seeking a Director & Sales Executive - Strategic Partnerships to lead partner acquisition and growth across the employer benefits ecosystem, focusing on building high-impact B2B2C relationships and driving measurable revenue. Responsibilities β’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting PEOs, brokers, associations, and wellness platforms β’ Acquire and grow partnerships to maximize engagement and revenue β’ Negotiate contracts and collaborate cross-functionally for seamless onboarding and campaign execution β’ Deliver accurate forecasts and insights to leadership β’ Represent OWD at industry events and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools Skills β’ 10+ years in sales leadership or 15+ years in B2B2C sales, with 5+ years in strategic partnerships/channel sales β’ Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles β’ Ability to start as an individual contributor and build a high-performing team as we scale β’ Proven ability to adapt quickly, pivot priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while maintaining focus on delivering results β’ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field β’ Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, and/or insurance brokers β’ Advanced degree is a plus Benefits β’ Competitive base + commission β’ Stock options β’ Flexible, fully remote work β’ Opportunity to shape the future of corporate wellness Company Overview β’ At Orderly Wellness, we donβt just predict the future of health and wellness β we build it.
