Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hyperdrive is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to support clients in adopting Agile methodologies. The role involves co-creating and implementing strategies for business units to improve Agile practices while working closely with executives and teams across various domains. Responsibilities β’ Help teams inspect, adapt, deliver, and mature β’ Be highly entrepreneurial. Influence executives, leaders, business units, and technology teams on Agile principles, values, and how to build, grow, and maintain a thriving Agile organization at scale β’ Extraordinary ability to communicate the value of Agility to clients (executives, managers, and individual contributors) while creating alignment across organizations β’ Help connect the concepts of business strategy, operations, and Agility β’ Agile Operating Models, Transformation, and Change Management β’ Co-create, design, and support full Agile transformation rollouts β’ Provide Agile Leadership coaching and training to ScrumMasters, Product Owners, functional managers, and executives β’ Coach the squad which includes Business Leaders, Product Leaders, Technology Leaders, and executive sponsors on Portfolio Management, Program Management, and Planning β’ Lead OKR alignment sessions, delivery reviews β’ Guide transition from annual planning to continuous planning β’ Embed Agile principles and product thinking within teams to drive delivery of integrated roadmaps, journey maps, and OKRs β’ Coach teams and leaders in prioritizing by business outcomes and business value β’ Balance the investment of discovery and delivery β’ Create and manage backlogs for products and initiatives β’ Support team-level ceremonies including business reviews and planning events β’ Bridge business and technology, facilitating collaboration and shared understanding across domains β’ Help teams develop skills and the mindset to create MVP mindsets including feature slicing techniques, and experimentation pipelines β’ Strengthen delivery and product alignment across portfolios through shared cadences and visualized roadmaps β’ Introduce feedback loops that integrate Analytics, NPS, teammate/athlete insights, and telemetry into iterative planning β’ Coach through team dynamics and influence organizational behaviors toward the progress towards high performance β’ Define, socialize, and coach the adoption of enterprise agility metrics: Strategy-to-execution traceability, Time to market, Learning velocity, Flow efficiency, OKR progression and alignment, Investment-to-outcome visibility β’ Partner with the Agile CoE and Transformation Office to embed measurement into planning, retrospectives, and business reviews β’ Help define and activate an adoption roadmap towards Agile and business agility fluency β’ Mentor Team-level Agile Coaches across squads, promoting maturity through shared learning, frameworks, and impediment resolution β’ Co-create coaching competency frameworks, Agile maturity models, and WoW transformation playbooks β’ Model facilitation of vertical alignment between strategy and execution β’ Partner with practice leads across the enterprise to understand their best practices and provide roadmap for teams to adopt Skills β’ There are TWO LOCATIONS: One in SF Bay Area (California) and one in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. This position requires ON-SITE at the client location β’ Previous consulting experience working with Finance/ Banking β’ Applied Agile in NON-IT groups (you must have examples) β’ Working with executives (VP and C-Level) β’ You have held a role at Director-level (minimum) β’ Experience with conducting client discovery and agile assessments β’ Scaling agility across large enterprise organizations β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience leading agile transformations β’ 8+ years of Agile team experience β’ 3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban β’ Be fluent in Lean Startup and/or Design Thinking β’ Demonstrated proficiency in professional coaching techniques (ICF) β’ Understanding of metrics and program performance measurement β’ Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization β’ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent β’ Certification and fluency in one or more of the following: SAFe, Scrum@Scale β’ You're pragmatic and not overly theoretical/ academic β’ Excellent presentation and training skills β’ Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies β’ Ability to connect theory with pragmatic examples from your experience (your personal βwar stories') Company Overview β’ Hyperdrive is a leading global provider of Business Transformation.
