The AI & Digital Strategy Developer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing digital solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance medical content and campaign delivery. This role involves developing AI-powered tools, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance while driving innovation in medical communications. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools for content generation, literature summarization, medical writing assistance, and workflow automation in medical communications • Collaborate with medical writers, strategists, and creative teams to design data-driven campaigns and engagement platforms for healthcare professionals and patients • Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and analytics into digital products, improving efficiency and scientific accuracy • Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, regulatory, and security requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines), collaborating closely with compliance and medical-legal teams • Build dashboards and visualization tools to analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and return on investment for clients • Continuously evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to enhance agency capabilities and keep workflows at the leading edge of medical communications • Train and educate internal teams and clients on best practices for AI adoption and responsible use in medical communications Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in AI development, digital strategy, or related technology roles, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences • Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python or R), AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), and deployment of NLP, machine learning, and data analytics solutions • Strong knowledge of medical or healthcare regulatory frameworks, and the ability to align digital tools with compliance standards • Experience integrating digital platforms (web, mobile, CRM) and collaborating with cross-functional teams on healthcare content and campaigns • Demonstrated capability in translating business needs and medical objectives into scalable AI solutions and digital strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • An advanced degree and/or experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications Company Overview • Woven Health Collective is a full-service medical communications company with extensive experience in specialty therapeutic areas.
