Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PicassoTiles is a thriving e-commerce business focused on expanding its market share in the toy industry. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Amazon Account Manager to lead and grow their online marketplace business, managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts to drive sales growth and optimize operations. Responsibilities β’ Own the P&L performance of the Amazon channel (Seller Central or Vendor Central) β’ Manage product listings, content optimization (A+ content, images, copy, SEO), pricing, and promotions β’ Monitor and improve account health, customer reviews, and operational metrics β’ Coordinate advertising strategy, including Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands) β’ Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues affecting performance β’ Develop and execute growth strategies across Walmart Marketplace, Target+, eBay, and other digital channels β’ Negotiate with marketplace partners and manage 3P/1P relationships β’ Ensure consistency of brand messaging, pricing, and assortment across all channels β’ Oversee content syndication and digital shelf optimization across marketplaces β’ Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales forecasts, inventory, and promotions β’ Collaborate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to maintain healthy in-stock rates and efficient order fulfillment β’ Lead internal reporting and present channel performance to senior leadership β’ Manage and mentor a small team or agency partners focused on content, analytics, and ad strategy β’ Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standard operating procedures for marketplace management β’ Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership for marketplace innovation and growth Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) β’ 3+ years (Account Manager) experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, with hands-on Amazon management required β’ Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability through marketplace channels β’ Expertise with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and analytics tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar) β’ Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable managing P&L and ROI-based decision-making β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills β’ Experience with Shopify or DTC channels is a plus Company Overview β’ PicassoTiles is a building block innovator and STEAM construction educational toy.
