Asset Manager β Affordable Housing We are seeking an Affordable Housing Asset Manager to oversee and optimize a national portfolio of workforce and affordable housing assets. This role is responsible for executing asset management best practices, driving performance against business plans, and monitoring third-party property managers to ensure financial, operational, and compliance objectives are met. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with direct accountability for results. Responsibilities: β’ Analyze property performance, cash flow, valuation, and market trends β’ Execute underwritten business plans and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts β’ Lead budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking β’ Oversee third-party property managers and ensure reporting accuracy and execution β’ Develop and maintain quarterly asset management plans β’ Conduct property inspections to assess operations, capital needs, and compliance β’ Communicate asset performance clearly to internal stakeholders β’ Maintain compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other regulatory requirements β’ Build and manage relationships with lenders, investors, housing agencies, and partners Qualifications: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred β’ 5+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or accounting with affordable housing exposure β’ LIHTC and/or HUD experience strongly preferred β’ Strong Excel and financial analysis skills β’ Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Smartsheets, AIM, or similar systems β’ Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Apply tot his job
