What We Need: Optimize Our Sales Operation: Fine-tune our existing sales pipeline and automation sequences Work directly with our sales team to identify bottlenecks Build/improve workflows that actually convert leads to customers Ensure nothing falls through the cracks Ongoing Tech Scaling: As we grow, our systems need to scale with us Keep automations running smoothly as volume increases Suggest and implement improvements based on data Be our go-to GHL person for anything pipeline-related You Should Have: ✓ Proven GHL experience (show us examples of pipelines you've built) ✓ Understanding of sales processes and conversion optimization ✓ Ability to work with sales teams (not just build in isolation) ✓ Strong communication skills ✓ Available for ongoing work (not just one-time setup) Apply tot his job
