Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-impact IT Transformation Program. In this role, you will lead Organizational Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes. Responsibilities β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support β’ Assess change impacts, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to address adoption challenges β’ Partner closely with project managers, IT teams, business leaders, and HR to align change initiatives with program objectives β’ Create and deliver clear, engaging communications and training materials tailored to diverse audiences β’ Track adoption metrics and change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustainable success Skills β’ Strong background in data and analytics implementations β’ Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field β’ 3+ years of hands-on change management experience in IT-driven environments β’ Working knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR β’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills β’ Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) β’ Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud migrations, data/analytics platforms) Company Overview β’ Tailored Management is a staffing and recruiting company that offers information technology staffing and recruitment services.
