About the Opportunity We are seeking a Strategist Sales Immigration Lawyer to join our growth organization. This role is ideal for an experienced immigration attorney who excels in client-facing strategy, consultation, and persuasion, and who understands how to align legal solutions with client goals in a way that drives retention and firm growth. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor during the intake and pre-retainer phase, guiding prospective clients through complex immigration options and helping them move forward with confidence. You will not manage a caseload or handle routine filings; instead, you will focus on strategy, eligibility assessment, and conversion. Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Consultation β’ Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients β’ Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways (e.g., VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, waivers, removal defense) β’ Design and clearly explain immigration roadmaps, including risks, timelines, and alternative options β’ Translate complex legal analysis into accessible, confidence-building guidance Sales & Revenue Enablement β’ Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients β’ Address client objections related to cost, risk, timing, and eligibility β’ Support pricing alignment and scope clarity β’ Contribute directly to revenue growth, conversion rates, and retained value Strategic Collaboration β’ Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, demand signals, and service gaps β’ Help refine service offerings and client positioning β’ Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent legal and sales messaging β’ Ensure ethical compliance while supporting business growth objectives Documentation & Systems β’ Maintain accurate consultation notes and outcomes in Filevine or similar CRM/case tools β’ Ensure handoff clarity to case management and legal teams post-retention What Success Looks Like in This Role β’ High consultation-to-retainer conversion rates β’ Strong client confidence and satisfaction at point of retention β’ Clear, ethical, and consistent legal strategy recommendations β’ Seamless collaboration with sales, intake, and legal operations β’ Contribution to predictable, scalable firm growth Requirements β’ Spanish fluency β’ J.D. from an accredited law school β’ Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to practice immigration law) β’ Minimum 3β5 years of immigration law experience β’ Strong background in family-based and humanitarian immigration β’ Exceptional client-facing communication skills β’ Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment β’ High emotional intelligence and cultural competence β’ Ability to work Arizona business hours consistently Preferred Qualifications β’ Experience conducting consultations or intake strategy calls β’ Prior exposure to sales, intake, or revenue-support roles β’ Experience working with high-volume immigration practices β’ Filevine or similar CRM/case management experience Compensation & Benefits β’ Base salary + performance-based incentives (aligned to conversions and retained revenue) β’ Comprehensive health insurance β’ 401(k) with employer matching β’ Remote work flexibility if outside of AZ (AZ hours required) β’ Growth and leadership development opportunities Apply tot his job
