About the position Responsibilities β’ Lead and support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include: Live in-person and virtual presentations, team development, individual and group coaching, and leadership forums β’ Co-lead the design and delivery of programs and learning experiences focused on building competence across the broader Aeronautics Systems HR teams β’ Leverage the instructional design (ISD) process to conduct needs assessments, develop learning objectives, design content, and measure effectiveness of leadership development programs β’ Develop presentations, visual aids, communications, program status dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe) applying creativity and graphic design skills in support of preparation and execution of leadership development content and programs β’ Stay abreast of leadership development trends, theories, thought leaders, and techniques; Demonstrate the ability to integrate concepts and emerging best practices into new and existing programs or other learning solutions β’ Identify and implement strategies to leverage technology to achieve more engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences β’ Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness team, HR business partners, and sector leadership to create instructional resources and course materials for employee development programs, as needed Requirements β’ Bachelor's degree and 6 years (OR 4 years with Master's degree) of relevant experience in learning design and delivery, leadership development, talent development or HR field β’ Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated experience training professionals up to senior management level in both live in-person and live-virtual environments β’ Experience in the development of virtual, classroom, and blended learning experiences, adult learning methodologies, and leadership development principles β’ Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives as it relates to course delivery and program management β’ Demonstrated experience with content management, and the evaluation of learning programs β’ Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives β’ Proficiency using MS Office Products β’ Ability to travel 25% of the time β’ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Nice-to-haves β’ Related experience in a large, complex, professional environment β’ Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail β’ Certified executive coach β’ Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe Pro, and web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint) β’ Experience leading the design, development, and deployment of learning programs in a corporate learning/training organization utilizing multiple delivery modalities β’ Prior experience as a formal people leader, HR business partner, or other HR COE roles β’ Experience in aerospace and defense and/or manufacturing industry β’ Current/active DoD Secret clearance Benefits β’ Health insurance coverage β’ Life and disability insurance β’ Savings plan β’ Company paid holidays β’ Paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
