SAP S4 PMO Coordinator- Remote- 9+ Months (United States) Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced SAP S4 PMO Coordinator for a project with our international consumer goods client. Requirements for the SAP S4 PMO Coordinator: • Ensure project and workstream plans remain current by updating activities, deadlines, and interim milestone deliverables • Develop, maintain, and consolidate workplans into the overall program plan, including preparing weekly and monthly tracking summaries • Gather weekly updates from workstream leads and produce status reports aligned with meeting cadences • Coordinate and manage all project meetings through a centralized calendar and shared mailbox • Monitor key deliverables, risks, and issues, maintaining an updated Risk & Issue log and following up with accountable owners • Support tollgate tracking and milestone validation by managing required activities within Jira • Create and deliver leadership updates, incorporating metrics analysis and refreshed reporting materials Contract Details for the SAP S4 PMO Coordinator: • Start: ASAP • Duration: 9+ Months • Location: Remote (Working EST Hours) Apply tot his job
