Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SpeakUp is seeking a Content Creator to assist in producing visual content for social media over a 2-month project. The role involves creating static posts and Instagram Reels while adhering to brand guidelines and clear content criteria. Responsibilities • Create static visual posts using Canva templates and brand guidelines • Create fast Instagram Reels using CapCut (templates, transitions, text, rhythm) • Use AI tools to generate and enhance: videos, images, visual assets for social media • Select and curate strong visual references before production • Adapt content to different formats (feed, stories, reels covers) • Work with feedback and iterate quickly • Follow clear briefs, deadlines, and visual criteria Skills • Experience creating content for Instagram (posts + reels) • Strong visual taste and understanding of social media aesthetics • Ability to work with existing brand identity • Skills in Figma / CapCut / similar tools • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Availability ~ 20 hours per week for 2 months • At least 1 year of experience creating visual content for social media • Hands-on experience with CapCut (Reels creation, fast edits) • Hands-on experience with Canva (templates, brand-based design) • Confident use of AI tools for image and video generation • Strong skill in finding and adapting references (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) • Understanding of social media trends and short-form video logic • Ability to work strictly within existing brand identity • Attention to detail and visual consistency • Experience with startups, tech products, personal brands, or B2B • Basic understanding of performance-driven content (hooks, pacing, readability) • Ability to propose visual improvements without breaking guidelines Company Overview • SpeakUp is an AI-powered matching app that connects event organizers, media teams, journalists, and podcasters with verified speakers and experts – instantly and commission-free.
