They are seeking a Global Talent Sourcer to build strong candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process for engineering and corporate roles. Responsibilities β’ Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for engineering and corporate roles through proactive candidate identification and outreach across multiple channels β’ Screening applicants for qualifications, technical fit (where applicable), and role alignment β’ Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in competitive markets β’ Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling to ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams β’ Partner with TA team to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions β’ Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management β’ Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent pools, and innovative sourcing techniques Skills β’ 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, or Talent Acquisition Specialist β’ Demonstrated ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates across corporate and/or technical roles β’ Strong prioritization and organizational skills; able to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-moving environment β’ Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of accurately tracking candidates and maintaining clean, up-to-date ATS data β’ Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills Benefits β’ Work with inspiring global clients and diverse industries - every project expands your horizon. β’ Supportive and approachable leadership that empowers your growth and values your voice. β’ A culture of trust, learning, and collaboration, where your ideas truly matter. β’ Competitive compensation with transparent career growth opportunities.
